Cancellation/No Show
Things come up and schedules can change! We kindly ask for any changes and rescheduling to be made 48 hours in advance. This will give our stylist the opportunity to fill that time.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service amount.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Reminder text messages and emails are sent to confirm 48 hours prior to your appointment

All chemical services must be booked with a credit card to secure your appointment

If you're running late.......please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your services as long as it does not disrupt the next appointment.
